For every 10 resets a player gets 1 credit to spend in the item shop.
To play free of charge without a BAN you must do at least 1 reset per month (new players - within the first two months).
If you do not reset or do not log into the game for 6 months, the registration is removed permanently.
- Impersonating an administrator or a Game Master (GM) is forbidden. Accounts whose character name contains the letters a d m i n are blocked and deleted.
- Distributing or using cheats, hacks or bots, duping items, exploiting bugs, playing with the launcher disconnected, or modifying the original client files is forbidden.
- Swearing, insulting, name-calling, and advertising other websites, servers, goods or services is forbidden.
- Using obscene words or characters the game cannot display in character names is forbidden. Such characters are renamed or deleted.
- Leaving a character levelling up while you are away from the computer (AFK) is forbidden.
- Asking a GM for items, zen or anything else is forbidden.
- Threatening other players or GMs is forbidden. False reports, spamming or blackmail result in the account being blocked.
- Buying accounts or items from other players is not recommended. If you are cheated while buying an account, the responsibility is yours.
- After acquiring an account you must change the e-mail address and the password and enable account protection – otherwise the previous owner will take it back.
- When trading items for credits, the credits are sent first. If you do not receive the item, write to the staff – the credits will be returned.
- Selling items or accounts for real money, or exchanging them for valuable items or account top-ups, is forbidden.
- Players are themselves responsible for the security of their account and items. You are advised to enable protection, change your password often and never give your details to anyone.
- Taking over accounts or items by deception is not tolerated. Such accounts are blocked together with all their characters.
- Publishing account details, giving away, gifting or selling off items is not allowed.
- These rules may be changed or extended at any time. Rules for tournaments and events are set by the Game Masters (GM).
- Penalties for breaking the rules are: character block, account block, and IP block, either temporary or permanent.
- In certain cases unblocking is allowed only after compensating the players for the damage caused and the staff for the time spent.
- Penalties are applied without warning. Not knowing the rules does not excuse a penalty.

- Never tell anyone your password – the administrator does not need it and will never ask for it.
- There is only one administrator e-mail address: support@swedencode.lt
- The administrator does not reply:
- to questions already answered on the website;
- if the letter does not give your account and character name;
- if the problem or request is not stated briefly and clearly.
- The administrator never asks for items, zen or anything else. If somebody asks, they are only pretending to be the administrator.
- Do not sell valuable items and do not trust players below level 100.
- The administrator has no friends, relatives or acquaintances in the game. If somebody says they are a friend of the administrator, they are lying.
- If you forget your password, click „Forgot password“ on the website. The password is sent only to the registered e-mail address.
- Website reset (User panel → Character reset): level 400 and 500 000 zen × your current resets, cap 250 resets. The in-game reset done with /reset is separate: level 400, 5 000 zen, cap 10 000 resets.
- For every 10 resets a player receives 1 credit to spend in the item shop.
